We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and quote for work:

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare and send a written fixed-price quote, carry out work you instruct, and keep records of jobs completed. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Where you contact us about a possible project, we process your information on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Where you go ahead with work, processing is necessary for the performance of that contract. Some limited processing, for example keeping records of quotes issued, is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests in running the business.

We may share the minimum necessary information with subcontractors and trusted trades brought in for your job, our website and enquiry-handling providers, and our accountants. Where a job involves an electrician, groundworker or other trade, they will only receive what they need to carry out their part of the work.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Records relating to completed jobs, including quotes and invoices, are retained for six years to meet accounting and tax requirements.

This website uses cookies necessary for the site to function. Pages on this site embed a Google Maps frame and a Google review widget supplied by Reputation Hub.
